AUTOMATIC MEASUREMENT OF PARAMETERS OF VHF QUARTZ CRYSTAL RESONATORS.

Abstract

An automatic precise measurement method of all parameters of VHF quartz crystal units is described. Whole measuring system, including a minicomputer for data processing, has been arranged, and measurements were made on 125MHz and 175MHz crystal units. The results suggest that the system can be a precise measuring method of all parameters of a VHF crystal unit.
